I had enjoyable days staying at this nice central hotel. I loved the room with excellent bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Excellent service, although a few employees were not very friendly. The location was comfy and absolutely perfect, good value as opposed to other options...
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

An excellent location, at the beginning of the pedestrian street that crosses the entire historical center and leads directly to the cathedral and castle, with many restaurants, shops and services less than 2 minutes from the hotel, also easily accessible by car. We liked the room we were assigned, spacious, even though we had a crib for the little one, there was plenty of room to move around. staff was very friendly and helped us with what we needed for our child. breakfast was quite good.
hotel parking lot. Although it is convenient to load and unload from the car, entrance is very narrow and complicated, spaces are very crowded. You have to maneuver a lot to get in, get out and move around inside. worst thing is the exit, as it is very narrow and steep, there is a great risk of taking a pedestrian or a car on the street, as it is impossible to see if they approach from the sides with such a narrow ramp. My wife had to address me from the outside every time we went out. We parked the 3 nights because they already booked the place for us the first day, if we came back to the hotel, I would park in the public car park under the park/place next to it.

Location, it's close to everything. room is a good size and bathroom too.
When we arrived, the room smelled of tobacco, no doubt a consequence of the fact that the previous guests had not the slightest idea of what respect for others or for rules meant, because it was obvious that they had smoked without cutting themselves. When they told the reception they just said they couldn't do anything about it and would put on an electric perfumery. The smell persisted throughout our stay. The bathroom window wouldn't open because the lock was broken. The reception desk couldn't do anything either because it depended on the maintenance man. When we left the room, the window was still broken. That is, on the part of the hotel, no solution to the problems we manifested. It's not like a four-star hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights. hotel is well located, centrally located, room is quite comfortable and spacious. bed is comfortable and wifi works well, bathroom is also good, hotel is definitely good, I thought it was too expensive.
We were cold and air control wasn't working. we asked in reception they told us that they had to activate it from there. I think the situation is quite ridiculous and at least they could put the notice in the room that to be hot you have to contact the reception. tv is small for a 4* and has a low volume. hairdryer is quite old and we didn't have a contract for breakfast and one day we had breakfast in the hotel cafeteria. 2 coffees with milk + 2 toasts with tomato cost us 7. 6 euros. It seemed expensive for how it was and we did not repeat the next day.

Hotel and next door bar staff very helpful; coffee fresh & excellent. Good inexpensive family run restauraunt within walking distance.
The underground carpark was v.difficult to get into, partly because of right hand drive & because cars were parked on the opposite side of the street and the entrance was v.narrow.

Location is fantastic and for the price of the room, you won't get better than that. Everything looks new and the rooms and bathrooms are big. Breakfast was good so I'd recomend to pay for it although it was just continental. Easy to park around the hotel.
